You will need your NYS license number to complete your registration. If you do not recall your license number, please go to the New York State Office of Court Administration Web Site http://www.nycourts.gov/home.htm and look your number up by doing the following:
Click on Attorneys on the right side of the screenClick on Attorney Directory on the left side of the next screenEnter your name as listed on your licenseClick on run reportYour license number will be listed next to your name
